Welcome to Sunshine Cakes

Hello, my name is Paula, and this is my story. As a little girl I used to sit in the kitchen with my grandmother and watch her carefully mould and shape beautiful roses for wedding cakes and marvelled at the end product, hoping that one day I could follow in her footsteps and bring joy and excitement to my own customers. Thank you to my phenomenal teacher Maria Launder, who has passed on incredible knowledge and wonderful, inspirational ideas and techniques, that I hope to share with you. Please allow me to take you on a journey and discover some of my own creations, from delicious cupcakes to speciality cakes and biscuits. Let me bring some sunshine into your life.
